FIRE BOMBER (1) kept coming but just failed to pick up the winner as favourite last start over 6f at Doomben. Is yet to be beaten in two starts here. Has the class to take this out. MISHANI MOET (4) missed the frame in a in tougher company then last time in a more suitable affair scored by 2 lengths over 6f at Gold Coast. Strong winning hope again. SMASHING NOVA (6) turned in a strong run two starts ago at Taree then failed to back it up over 7f at Eagle Farm last time, beaten 2. 25 lengths into fifth. Coming back in trip suits so capable of a return to form. HELLO DOLLY DIVA (7) got off the mark with an impressive maiden win when resuming last time out over 6½f at Toowoomba. Les Tilley was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. One of the likely contenders despite the step up in grade.
