Could only manage to finish fifth last time out over 6f in the G3 Ken Russell Memorial Classic at Gold Coast following a minor placing at Sandown-Hillside over 5f the run prior. Cannot be left out of calculations. PHERE THE WARREGO (7) is a talented filly who was tested in tougher class last time when ninth over 6f in the LR Calaway Gal Plate (C E McDougall Stakes) at Eagle Farm. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. One of the main contenders. SAXON SPIRIT (9) comes here following a win over 6¾f at this track a week-and-a-half ago, getting home by a nose. Strong top-three chance.
