KRUMAC (18) travelled in a rearwards position and was disappointing over 6f at Toowoomba last time out when in the market. That followed a good third the run prior. Goes up a rung or two but he is worth another chance. VINTAGE VIBES (6) went forward when resuming last start and proved too strong, getting home by a long neck over 6f at Gold Coast. Will be up on the speed from the low draw. Likely improver with strong prospects. HUNTER'S MATE (1) has missed the frame at his last couple of outings, the latest when 5. 5 lengths back in seventh at Eagle Farm. Finds an easier assignment and is a winning hope. GO MARO (2) was in the money two starts back at Toowoomba but couldn't back it up last time when sixth, beaten 4 lengths, at Doomben over 1m2f. Has his share of talent and can do a lot better.
