GUAC ON (11) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Eagle Farm, beaten 5. 5 lengths into fourth. This doesn't look as hard so he is a major player. MATAWAI (6) is a five-year-old mare who is having her first run for the Jeff Dunn barn. Hasn't raced since finishing fourth at Sandown-Hillside 11 weeks ago. Ran fourth in a trial at Beaudesert over 5¼f and has a strong record when fresh from a lay-off, including two wins.
