PORT RIVER BILLIE (10) started favourite last time out over 6¾f at this track but found a couple better, making it four minor placings from six starts this campaign. Form sound without winning and looks the testing material. EAST WEST MISS (6) showed good early speed and raced just off the lead before lifting to score by a head over 6f at Kilcoy last start. Will be tough to rein in again. BEE EXACT (5) hasn't been too far away of late, the latest effort a fourth, beaten a long neck, at Kilcoy over 6f. Meets a tougher line-up this time but can measure up. ROYAL GLADIATOR (7) scored in a at Sunshine Coast but was below his best last time when ninth over 7½f at Kilcoy. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
