Finds a suitable race and can get the job done. HE IS THE KISS (11) is racing well without winning. Last start finished third, beaten 7 lengths, over 6¾f at Doomben. Must be respected. FANCI FLEUR (10) finished second, beaten a head, when resuming from a lay-off last start over 4f at Warwick after she was in the firing line on the turn. Stepping up a level this time but she is capable of a big performance. MOSCOW CITY (2) returns from a lay-off of 11 months and is having his first run for a new yard. Finished fourth at Rockhampton over 5¼f when when resuming last time in work.
