CROWN GUINEA (10) was a most impressive winner last time over 6f at Sunshine Coast, scoring by 4.5 lengths. Key chance in form and should go close again. ROSE NOIR (8) bounced back last start and landed the prize by 3.5 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn as public elect over 5f at Toowoomba. Angela Jones gets the best out of this four-year-old mare. Meeting a deeper field this time but she is up to the challenge. RESTONICA (1) resumed over 5½f at Toowoomba last start and could only manage sixth, beaten 4 lengths. Expected to run well. SULTRY SIREN (4) is back from a lay-off of four months and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 5½f at Doomben. Placed in a recent trial. Makes plenty of appeal.
