SMART RECOGNITION (1) did well to score at Gold Coast two runs ago. Not disgraced last time out when in the firing line on the bend before finishing fourth over 5½f at this track, beaten 2.25 lengths after doing his best work late. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. MA'S EPIC (3) was comfortably accounted for when seventh last time out over 6f at Eagle Farm, beaten 3 lengths. That followed a win at Warwick at the previous outing. Beautifully placed and is sure to make amends. RIDEAU (4) went forward over 6f at Sunshine Coast last time but found a couple better. Has been in solid form this campaign with a win and two minor placings from four starts. Shapes as one to consider. UNDER THE PALAIS (8) was beaten 4 lengths into seventh over 6f at Sunshine Coast last time out. Has her share of talent and is a top-three prospect.
