NED'S GULLY (1) ran on strongly but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 6½f at Eagle Farm. Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. WINSTON SMURFHILL (5) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 1.5 lengths away in seventh last time out over 7f at Eagle Farm. Ideally placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. TARA JASMINE (4) will find this a little easier after missing the frame in town last time, finishing 11th over 6½f at Eagle Farm. Can do much better this time. MISSISSIPPI PRINCE (2) returns after a lay-off of five-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 7f at Eagle Farm. Sure to make his presence felt.
