RUN RORY RUN (4) was unwanted in betting when resuming last start but performed beyond expectations when beaten 0. 8 lengths into third over 6¼f at Taree. Among the leading hopes. BOW (6) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fourth over 7f at Coffs Harbour after being prominent at the bend. Nicely placed to break the run of outs. SHAMEDY (2) was last at the races when he finished seventh over 7f43yards at Walcha on February 6. Looks a strong top-three prospect. SPILLS (7) has been in the market at his last couple of starts but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing eighth over 6f at Grafton. Can sneak into the finish.
