ZI WIN (7) travelled in a rearwards position then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 4 lengths away in fourth last time out over 4¾f at Cairns eight days ago. Steps up in distance. Should park just off the speed. Best figures should see him run well. INCHING CLOSER (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Cairns, beaten 7 lengths into 11th. Faces an easier assignment so he is likely to play a big role. LOVE ON SUNDAY (5) showed good early speed and raced on the pace when when resuming after a lay-off last start before fading to finish sixth, beaten 4.5 lengths, over 6½f at Townsville. Solid top-three claims. MISSILE THUNDER (1) is struggling to break through but hasn't been far away, the latest finishing a 3 length sixth at Cairns. Rates well here and can sneak into the finish on best form.
