Finished eighth when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Churchill Downs (Dirt) then improved and scored over 1m at Ellis Park (Dirt) a month ago, getting home by half a length after being in the firing line on the turn. Nicely placed to take this out. NORMANDY QUEEN (2) is a progressive galloper who is when resuming since finishing seventh over 7½f at Churchill Downs (Dirt) ten weeks ago.
