Facing a tougher assignment but she is capable of running a bold race. BAYTOWN STORM (8) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 1m at this track (Turf), finishing third and beaten 2.5 lengths. Stepping up a level this time but on her best form she is one of the chief contenders. CHAMPAGNE ON ICE (6) broke her maiden three starts back and has not been far away since, most recently when beaten 7 lengths into third over 1m1/2f at Churchill Downs (Dirt). Solid top-three prospects. ASTERIA (5) was safely held when fourth last time out over 1m1/2f at Belterra Park, beaten 7 lengths, after a win at this track at the previous outing.
