SPOKE (1) built on a nice second two starts back at this track (Dirt) with success as public elect over 5f at this track (Turf) three weeks ago, getting home by 0.3 lengths. Marcelino Pedroza scored on him last time and retains the mount. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he deserves plenty of thought. PRINCE OF PENNIES (5) went fast early and went on to score by 3 lengths last time out over 6f at this track (Dirt). Goes up a rung or two but he is good enough to figure in the finish. FAITHFUL RULER (3) has been in great form with two placings in succession, most recently when beaten 0.3 lengths into second over 5f at this track (Turf) when he was prominent throughout. Finds a tougher race but he has the ability to test this field. GOLDEN HORNET (2) is racing well including a last start seventh over 6f at this track (Dirt). Worth some thought.
