DIRBAS (5) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well when returning from a break last time at this track (Turf), finishing second and only 0.8 lengths from the winner at the end of 1m after being prominent at the bend. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he is up to the challenge. REVS MEDAL (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 14 lengths into fifth. Finds a tougher race but a big run will not surprise. GAGLIARDI (3) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1m at this track, beaten only one length after being prominent at the turn. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. C'EST MAGNIFIQUE (4) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fifth over 1m at this track (Turf). It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of a big performance.
