LITTLE JAKE (4) is back at the races for the first time since November 11. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 5½f at this track. One of the genuine hopes in the race. ADIOS ASHWOOD (2) settled at the rear then stoked up nicely in the straight to finish fifth over 5½f here last time. Sure to prove tough to stop. CONCENTRATION (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 7f at Evangeline Downs, beaten 15 lengths into sixth. Finds a tougher race but he has the talent to test this line-up. MR CORN (7) resumes after a break of six-and-a-half months. Trying to repeat his debut win over 1m at this track to kick off last prep. Solid top-three hope.
