COLONEL BOGEY (3) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 5½f at Launceston when fresh from a break. Bulent Muhcu stays aboard and although yet to win has been in the money on two occasions. Likely to feature. ZAMBEZI BLONDE (6) returned last time with a solid third at this track over 6f after being in the firing line on the turn. Nicely placed to take this out. GEEGEES MERCEDES (12) ran below expectations last time after being in the firing line on the bend at Launceston, finishing eighth and beaten 7 lengths starting at 8/1. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. PACIFIC WITNESS (15) missed the placings on debut two runs back then didn't feature last start when 2 lengths away in fifth over 6f at this track after being in contention on the turn. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well.
