LYCO RECO (7) missed the frame when resuming last start over 1m at this track but wasn't all that far from the winner. Usually performs well with that run under her belt. Well-placed to turn things around. THONATUS (3) wound up strongly only to just miss last start over 1m at this track. Will derive great benefit from recent racing. Going well and has bright prospects. ZURICH (15) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 4 lengths when seventh in a 1m1/4f contest at Devonport Synthetic three weeks ago. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. SURPRISE SECRET (14) was in a rearwards position on the turn last time out before finishing 9 lengths back in tenth over 1m at this track. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes.
