TOSEN FAME (8) was in contention on the bend and progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 1m2 1/2f at Launceston after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Likely improver with strong prospects. SHAKEEDA (7) was prominent into the straight last time but couldn't go on with it and finished fourth over 1m2 1/2f at this track. Likely to be in the finish in this suitable assignment. MILES 'N' MILES (4) was ridden quietly then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 1.5 lengths away in fifth last time out over 1m at Launceston a week-and-a-half ago. Steps up in journey. Will drift back but wind up late. Will be picking them up late. RICH 'N' POWERFUL (9) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Launceston, beaten 2 lengths into eighth. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
