JOHNNY BOY (3) had struggled for form at the beginning of the year and couldn't get any closer than 21L away in second here at this venue five weeks ago. Needs to improve but this looks a more realistic assignment. DARING PLAN (9) was well supported when third at Bangor-On-Dee three weeks ago. That level of form would see him go close in this contest. EDGEWELL (4) disappointed when last seen three weeks ago but has improved for this stable and should put in a better performance this time around. CORNISH COMEDY (4) had been well backed two and a half months ago but could only manage sixth at Warwick. Worth another go.
