Expect she will go on with the job. SMOOTH CLARET (1) was an impressive winner last time over 5½f at Hawthorne (Dirt), scoring by 4 lengths to make it two on the bounce. Should be poised just off the lead. Should be involved in the finish. APRIL'S GEM (5) has been in the placings at her last two starts, finishing second last time over 7½f at this track (Turf).
