EVEN THE WIND (3) is putting together some solid results. Finished second at this track (Turf) two starts back then got the job done by a nose last time out over 7½f at this track (Turf). Has the talent to build on that fine effort last start. SILVER QUARTERS (6) did a great job to score by 0.8 lengths over this course and distance when resuming from a lay-off last start. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is capable of another big performance. WOODCOCK FLIGHT (2) returned from a lay-off three-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 5.5 lengths into eighth over 1m1/2f at Horseshoe Indianapolis. Tackling a more suitable race so he will prove hard to beat. GOLD SMOKE (8) was unwanted in betting last time but scored by half a length over 1m1/4f at Fairmount Park (Dirt). Cannot be ruled out based on the latest effort.
