GLOBAL EMPIRE (1) finished out of the money two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 22 lengths when seventh in a 1m1/4f contest at Fairmount Park two weeks ago. Worth noting Ademar Santos goes aboard. Nicely placed to get the prize. REGIMENTAL (6) was safely held when fourth last time out over 1m1/4f at this track, beaten 9 lengths after being prominent at the corner. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. HANDSOFFTHEGOODS (7) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 1m1/4f at this track. Looks to be in the right race so another bold effort is on the cards.
