FIRST MASAMUNE (9) finished fifth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. FLYING SAMURAI (2) was prominent at the corner and progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 1m1/4f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. DIAMOND DAVE (3) finished sixth over 1m at Fairmount Park (Dirt) at his most recent appearance on November 4. Can make his presence felt. POWERFUL MAN (6) was safely held when resuming last start over 1m1/4f at this track (Dirt), finishing sixth and beaten 2.5 lengths. Should do much better.
