Race Tip

WAEREA (1) kept coming but just failed to pick up the winner when fresh from a lay-off last start over 6f at Wyong. Should tighten right up following that outing. Placed to advantage and can feature in the finish. HARD JAKKA (4) finished out of the money two starts back then he was always well out of his ground and was beaten 5. 5 lengths when seventh over 5¾f at Illawarra Grange a week-and-a-half ago. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. GALACTIC FORCE (3) was in contention on the turn and ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 6¾f at Wyong after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. SHARE THE JOY (7) was too good for a maiden field when resuming last start over 6½f at this track, scoring by a nose. Jeff Penza was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. Tougher task this time but expected to be competitive again.
