SAPLING (2) missed the placings two starts back when resuming then ran a better race and finished 2. 5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 6f at Gosford. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is one of the main contenders. RUSTEMO (1) was too good for a maiden field when resuming last start over 6½f at Scone, scoring by 0. 7 lengths. Re-unites with Jason Collett who was on board last start. Looms as one of the hardest to beat again. KORITSI (6) scored narrowly over 6f67yards at Taree last time out with this jockey Chad Lever in the irons. Down in the weights this time so she is one of the contenders again. TURNING CIRCLE (8) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Newcastle, beaten 2 lengths into fifth. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
