VINOLASS (3) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 4½f at Albury, beaten 3 lengths. Strips fitter and can make amends. DEAR JEWEL (10) continued the good recent form when she finished just 1. 1 lengths away in third last time out over 5½f at Warwick Farm. Will find this easier. Will be hard to stop. MADRINA (2) resumes. Wasn't far away at last run before a break, finishing fourth over 5f at Randwick four months ago. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race. FIORENZA (4) is back at the races for the first time since December 13. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 5½f at Canterbury. Makes plenty of appeal.
