JOHNNY (4) showed little early speed then came with a powerful run to finish third last time out over 6¼f at Canterbury. Well placed to feature again. IN AND OUT (5) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 10 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth over 7f at Kembla Grange, beaten 3 lengths. Best figures measure up nicely. Makes plenty of appeal. GOOD'N'YOU (9) broke through for his maiden win over 6f at Beaumont (Newcastle) last time. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Aided by the rails draw and he is one of the main chances. SHELSTEIN (2) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Rosehill, beaten 5 lengths into ninth. Better than recent efforts suggest.
