RATHORAN (2) drifted back from his wide draw last start then hit the line hard to score by a long neck at Wyong over 6½f. Anna Roper who has three wins when partnering stays on. Should be in the finish. DRUNKEN SAILOR (9) settled well back last start and made little impact in the straight when eighth, beaten 4 lengths, over this journey at Rosehill. Ideally placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. EMPUSA (10) resumed three-and-a-half weeks ago over 6¼f at Newcastle and was only beaten 2 lengths into fourth. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
