EYE OF THE FIRE (4) started at 5/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 1.5 lengths at Warwick Farm over 5½f after being prominent at the turn. Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. ARTIEBETT (11) settled towards the tail when resuming last start then wound up strongly to score by 0.6 lengths over 5f at Goulburn. In form and another big run is on the cards. RUSSIAN SNITZEL (9) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish sixth, beaten 6 lengths, over 5f at Wyong. Another bold showing is expected. LADY SHENANIGANS (8) turned in a modest performance when fifth last time out over 5½f at Gosford, beaten 4.5 lengths, after a win at Bathurst at the previous outing. Should be thereabouts.
