QUAGMIRE (5) showed good early speed then led into the straight last start before fighting on to finish second, beaten 2 lengths, over 6½f at this track. Expected to measure up again. ASKMENOQUESTIONS (3) turned in a fine effort to score by 6 lengths at this course and distance last start in a much improved run. Looks well placed so expect another big run. TIZ VICIOUS (2) has been in the market at his last couple of starts but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing fifth over 6½f at this track. Well-placed and can sneak into the finish.
