Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is right in contention. NO GREATER VUE (1) was responsible for a solid effort last time out when second at Kilmore over 7f62yards, beaten half a length. Should be at his peak now. Winning rider Will Gordon stays aboard. Should be involved in the finish. FEARLESS MONARCH (8) was too good for a maiden field last start over 7f177yards at Mt Gambier, scoring by a nose. Harder task ahead this time but can measure up.
