AMBER NOOK (10) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 7½f at Gawler, beaten 3.5 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Faces an easier assignment so she can make amends. MR JONES (4) is a 27-start maiden but does look to be edging towards a win, the latest effort an encouraging second at Port Augusta over 7½f after being in contention on the turn. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. MY CRACKLING (5) raced in town last time and missed the frame, finishing sixth over 6¼f at Morphettville Parks. Ivy Lam goes well on this four-year-old and is back on top. Not to be discounted.
