OUTDOOR CAT (7) was a narrow winner by a head at Dalby in a then second at Burrandowan last time. Down in the weights on last run. Expected to be in the finish on recent form. POWER MAIDEN (9) was an effortless winner last time over 5f at Gladstone, scoring by 3. 5 lengths. Is going well this campaign, recording a win and a minor placing from three starts. Leading contender. Set Weights EET POPPY (10) got off the mark over 5f at Nanango last start, scoring by a head. Emma Simsir was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. Harder here but should be involved in the finish. CAPIANA (1) has been kept fresh for this since a disappointing ninth last start over 5f at Sunshine Coast Poly five weeks ago. Comes down a level this time. Not to be discounted.
