PABALLO (1) led to the turn over 7f at Eagle Farm last time out but faded to finish sixth. Faces a far less daunting assignment this time. Leading contender. STORMTROOPER (5) lines up on the back of a 5.5 lengths fifth over 6¾f at Ipswich. Is very effective at this distance with two wins from six runs. Key runner. MAXIE TAP (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m1f at Sunshine Coast, beaten 14 lengths into fifth after being prominent at the bend. Ideally placed and is sure to play a major role. CLAUDIUS (9) didn't do a bad job when second last start over 6f196yards at Bundaberg. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Well placed and can make amends.
