THUNDERING FALCON (3) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when tenth, beaten 18 lengths, over 7f at Armidale. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. FARRAIGE (8) gets out over more ground. On the back of some solid form of late, the most recent effort a second over 1m1f at Port Macquarie. Well placed and gets his chance to break through. LIBBY (5) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Armidale, finishing second and only 1. 75 lengths from the winner at the end of 1m1 1/2f after being prominent at the bend. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. QUIRKY PRINCESS (6) was in the firing line on the turn and finished second last start over 1m2 1/2f at Tuncurry, beaten 1. 5 lengths. Steps up a level but she is up to the task.
