GERETY (1) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 5f at Goondiwindi after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Meets some better types this time but this looks well within her grasp. RIVALDO (10) finished sixth over 6½f at Armidale at his most recent appearance on October 25. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. LILY BOBTAIL (4) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 22 starts. Was again denied last start when she found a couple better over 5f at Tuncurry. Clayton Gallagher gets the best out of this five-year-old mare. Placed to advantage so expect a big run. SMART 'N' RITZY (12) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5f at Gilgandra, beaten 2. 25 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Fitter so watch for a better performance.
