NEWYORK MISSILE (2) saluted at Wagga Riverside two runs ago. Decent effort last time out when in the firing line on the corner before finishing second over 1m at Narrandera, beaten half a length. Blaike McDougall is a key engagement. Meets a stronger field but he is capable of running a bold race. BREEZY BON (3) improved nicely last time out to score by 0.8 lengths over 1m at Wangaratta. First try at this longer trip but fitter again and another win is on the cards. TRACK AND FIELD (16) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when 11th, beaten 10 lengths, over 1m at Wagga. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. BOY FROM TENNESSEE (9) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Narrandera, finishing third and only 2.5 lengths from the winner at the end of 1m. Well placed and should be about the money.
