PRINCE PAPA (6) raced on the speed last start and battled on well but found one better over 6f at Nowra. Is going well this campaign, recording a win and four minor placings from 10 starts. Sure to run well. SNAPPY JIM (3) showed good early pace last time and battled on gamely to finish just a long neck from the winner in third over 6f at Nowra. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. RANGATIRA (1) resumed over 6f at Queanbeyan where he showed little early speed but got home nicely to finish fourth, beaten 5 lengths. Can feature in the finish. AMEN BROTHER (4) has not appeared since he finished ninth over 7f at Corowa on July 1. Definite top-three chance.
