Meets some better types this time but she has the ability to test this field. WESTERN SHAFT (3) improved last time out, finishing 2. 25 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 6½f at this track after being prominent at the corner. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. JIMBO BAILEY (6) last appeared three weeks ago over 6½f at this track when he finished fifth. This is his first run for the Nicholas Tomlinson stable. Well-placed and is among the chances. G SPEEDY (1) has been in the money at his last couple of runs, the latest when third over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Will drift back but wind up late. Sure to be competitive.
