DEAR DAD (4) really dug deep to get the prize by 3 lengths three runs back at this track (Synthetic) before filling a minor placing at his last two starts. Form at this track is solid. Will be hard to stop. KING D'ORO (3) scored last start by 0.1 lengths at this track (Synthetic) over 1m1/4f. Yet to miss the placings here in an excellent record which boasts three wins and one placing. Should be competitive. JIM'S HOPE (7) is a five-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Martin Drexler barn. Finished off last campaign with a win at Woodbine four-and-a-half months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but is in a nice race. One of the main chances.
