MOTOWN MIKA (2) displayed plenty of early toe and went on to score by 1.5 lengths last time out over 7f at this track (Dirt). Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. MADNESS (1) was safely held last start when sixth over 7f at this track (Dirt). May appreciate the shorter journey this time. Record at this track is strong. Will be hard to stop. I BELIEVE IN MAGIC (3) is coming along nicely this prep. Finished fourth when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at this track (Dirt) then improved and scored over 6f at Tampa Bay Downs (Dirt) two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 0.8 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Pascacio Lopez gets the best out of this six-year-old mare. Going up a level this time but she is good enough to play a major role. R FIREBIRD (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths into fourth. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
