CENTER STAGE (8) closed off strongly last start to get up for second, beaten 1.3 lengths, over 1m at this track. Jorge Ruiz stays aboard. Leading contender. STRAND OF GOLD (5) started at 7/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing sixth and beaten 3 lengths at this track (Turf) over 1m. Hard to beat in this suitable race. ATMIDNIGHT (2) settled well back when 3 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1m1f at Tampa Bay Downs last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth at this track the run before. Won't find this as tough so she is likely to play a big role. CONFER (3) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when eighth and beaten 5 lengths over 1m at this track (Turf). Well placed and should be about the mark.
