Race Tip

ENSIGN PARKER (4) is fresh from a lay-off of three months and did hit the frame when last resuming at Monmouth Park (Dirt) over 6f. In a different yard now. Shapes well and a bold showing is expected. OLD TOWN ROAD (3) last appeared a month ago over 6f at Tampa Bay Downs when he finished fifth. This is his first run for the Chris Gatis stable. Has ability and should be right in the finish. CALL MY BANKER (5) got well back over 5½f at this track (Synthetic) last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 6 lengths away in fifth. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. GRAND VALLEY (7) could only manage fifth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6f at Tampa Bay Downs, beaten just 1.75 lengths. No surprise to see him in the frame.
