BEASTLY SPEED (3) finished second when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6½f at this track. Sure to prove tough to stop. SOUTHERN DREAM (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at this track, beaten 9 lengths into fourth. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. SAM STORMY (4) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when sixth, beaten 12 lengths, over 7f at Tampa Bay Downs (Dirt). This is a nice drop in grade so he is perfectly placed to score. When resuming over 5½f at this track (synthetic), beaten 11 lengths. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Not to be discounted.
