Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Expecting a bold showing. MODERN LANE (2) broke through for his maiden win over 6f at this track (Dirt) last time, scoring comfortably. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Shaping up nicely and he should be in the finish again. TRUTH AND HONESTY (8) has been in the market at his last couple of runs but failed to threaten, the latest effort a modest tenth at this track (Synthetic) over 1m1/4f. Worth another chance. GRAN ROQUE (3) was safely held when fifth last time out over 5f at this track, beaten 4 lengths, after a win at this track at the previous outing. Worth plenty of thought.
