Not disgraced last time out when in contention on the bend before winding up in fourth over 7½f at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. Finds a more suitable contest and can get the job done. Group 3 placegetter BURNIN TURF (3) was prominent at the corner and finished second last time over 7½f at this track (Turf), beaten 0.3 lengths. Won't find this as tough so he is one of the main contenders. Group 3 winner LIKE THE KING (7) has not appeared since he finished fourth over 1m1/2f at Listed level at Turfway Park (Synthetic) on December 16. Yet to win when resuming but generally runs well with three minor placings from six tries. Definite top-three chance.
