Enjoys a drop in grade so he is one of the main contenders. RUPERTS RED ROCKET (4) is racing well, scoring in a at Wodonga before finishing 2 lengths from the winner in third last time over 6f at Benalla. Go on his win in a. GOBBO'S MATE (3) finished eighth two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 6f at Seymour, beaten only 1.2 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Has the ability to build on that encouraging effort last start. MAID IN DUBAI (6) is ticking along okay with two runs this time in. Improved last time out when fourth, beaten 2.25 lengths, at Benalla over 7f. Will drift back but wind up late. Can feature in the finish.
