FATHER CHRISTMAS (1) finished third when resuming two runs back at Turffontein Inside then progressed nicely last time out to score by 1. 3 lengths as public elect over 7¼f at Turffontein Inside. Craig Zackey scored on him last time and retains the ride. Taking on a better field but he is capable of running another bold race. TRIPPI'S SILK (6) did a great job to score by 3 lengths over this course and distance last start in a much improved run. Taking on a better line-up this time but he is good enough to play a major role. RUN FOREST RUN (4) finished second last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 7f at Greyville, beaten 2. 25 lengths. Serino Moodley gets the best out of this four-year-old gelding. Nicely placed to go one better. PRITTI UNITED (3) brings the right form to this race after taking out a 6f contest at Scottsville last time out by 1. 4 lengths. Credentials hard to knock.
