Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Expecting a bold showing. THE MARQUEE (2) started at 7/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing sixth and beaten 5 lengths at Scottsville over 6f. Yet to miss the placings in two starts over this course and distance. Meets a stronger field but he is good enough to turn things around. GRAND APPEAL (13) finished fourth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 7f at this track, beaten just 0. 9 lengths. Well placed and can figure in the finish again.
